Rum Barrel Aged Gluten Free Sour conditioned on strawberry, banana, vanilla & caramel.

Ba Xenomorph Blood 10% ABV - 500ml bottle $25

Rum Barrel Aged Gluten Free Sour with peach, pear, apricot, mango, pineapple & honey.

Dissolution 13% ABV - 500ml bottle $25

Barrel Aged English Barleywine aged in 9 Year Willett Family Estate Year barrels for 20 months. 

BA Dessert Station: Blueberry Coconut Maple Bianca 10% ABV - 500ml bottle $20

Brewed in collaboration with Omnipollo this Bourbon Barrel Aged Gluten Free Dessert Beer is conditioned on blueberry, maple, coconut and swedish fish candy.

Double BA Pretense of Knowledge 15% ABV - 500ml bottle $45

Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Aged 18 months in BLIS Maple Barrels, then EH Taylor Barrels for 11 months before being conditioned on toasted coconut and roasted hazelnuts.

BA Team Building Exercise 14% ABV - 500ml bottle  $35

Blend of Barrel Aged Stout aged in 13 year Elijah Craig barrels & conditioned on Colombia Gran Galope from Look Alive Coffee, Indonesia West Papua and Comoros vanilla beans & marshmallow.
