8th Annual Long Live The Horror at Corporate Ladder Brewing Company in Palmetto, FL on Saturday, October 24 from 12PM–midnight.
The dead rise again for the 8th Annual Long Live The Horror. 🩸
Corporate Ladder’s annual celebration of horror returns Saturday, October 24 from 12PM–midnight with six horror-movie-inspired beers and a taproom taken over by all things terrifying.
This year’s lineup pulls from The Fly, Alien, The Shining, The Exorcist, and Scream, with each beer built as its own tribute to the movie that inspired it.
Some nightmares are returning. Some have mutated. And a few probably should have stayed buried.

Horror-Inspired Beer Lineup
Molecular Decimation
Hop Saturated TIPA | 10% ABV | 16oz 4pk | $28
Inspired by The Fly, this experiment has officially escaped the lab. Citra Dynaboost, Citra, Eggers X, Eggers Riwaka, and Riwaka Amplifire Oil collide in a heavily saturated Triple IPA built for maximum mutation. Science has gone too far. Again.
Honey Bourbon Barrel Aged Xenomorph Blood
Gluten Free Sour | 8.5% ABV | 500ml Bottle
Our Alien-inspired nightmare returns after a little time in a honey bourbon barrel. Honey, mango, pineapple, peach, pear, and apricot create a fruit-loaded sour that’s considerably safer to drink than anything collected from a Xenomorph. Probably.
All Work and No Play
Gluten Free Sour | 8.5% ABV | 16oz 4pk
Inspired by The Shining, this returning favorite brings together strawberry, banana, and vanilla for something sweet, fruity, and deceptively easygoing. The Overlook seems lovely this time of year. Just maybe skip Room 237.
Rum Barrel Aged Coconut All Work and No Play
Gluten Free Sour | 10% ABV | 16oz 2pk
Same hotel. Different nightmare. Our Shining-inspired sour takes a trip through the rum barrel with strawberry, banana, vanilla, and coconut, turning the familiar into something richer, stranger, and significantly less interested in checking out.
Compels You
Gluten Free Dessert Beer | 6.5% ABV | 16oz 4pk
Inspired by The Exorcist, this pea-green dessert beer combines pistachio, vanilla soft serve, and orange zest for a creamy, citrusy little possession in a glass. The power of pistachio compels you.
What’s Your Favorite Scary Movie?
Hazy IPA | 7.5% ABV | 16oz 4pk
Inspired by Scream. Citra Dynaboost, Citra, and Cascade Deep Cut answer the call in this hazy IPA. We probably wouldn’t pick up an unknown number that weekend, but we’d absolutely order another round.
Food from Döner On Wheels
Trying to survive six horror movies on beer alone is generally considered a bad plan. Döner On Wheels will be at Corporate Ladder from 12:30–8PM, serving German- and Polish-inspired street food throughout Long Live The Horror.
What to Expect
Long Live The Horror is more than a beer release. For eight years, it’s been our excuse to drag the taproom into the horror universe for a full day of terrifying beer, spooky atmosphere, costumes, horror movies, horror references, and the kind of questionable decision-making that usually gets someone killed before the third act.
Come dressed for the occasion and settle in for one of Corporate Ladder’s favorite annual traditions.
Long live the horror. 🩸
